Katelyn has been involved with sports and fitness for over 15 years. As a military kid and former gymnastics and cheerleading coach, she brings with her a level of dedication and passion to fitness and her team that raises the bar. She carries a BAS in Organizational Management with a focus in both exercise science and operations as well as certifications in group exercise and Barre instruction. Katelyn believes in always going above and beyond whether it be serving those around her or striving to meet her own goals. When in doubt, she sweats it out!
Assistant General Manager
Antoine is a Graduate of Lincoln University with a degree in Anthropology. He is a veteran of the United States Army with over 15 years’ experience as a NASM certified personal trainer and Bootcamp instructor. Antoine is passionate and dedicated to assisting anyone in becoming the best version of themselves. He is a Wilderness Survival Instructor with a love for the outdoors.
Personal Training Manager
Russian born and raised, Diana is a certified master trainer with NASM and former Tennis Pro with the WTA World Tour. She began playing tennis at the age of 5. After finishing her pro career, she went on to coaching top juniors at Bollettieri Tennis Academy, and then on to becoming the Head Tennis Professional at Barry Buss Tennis Academy. Many of her juniors went on to get their pro card with the WTA and ATP. Her love for fitness and athletics carried over into personal training, and she takes her role of helping clients achieve their goals seriously. Her skills include, strength training, overcoming injuries, fat loss, Olympic Weightlifting and sports specific training. Diana enjoys helping all her clients achieve their fitness goals through individualized, customized programs.
Group Program Manager
Chris has been with VIDA since 2014 when he joined the team as Group Program Manager at the Yards. While originally a yoga instructor, he now teaches Group Fitness, Pilates, cycle, and Sweatbox classes and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. In addition to keeping the body fit, he believes the power and energy created during a group fitness class can build community, relieve stress, and even has the potential to heal.
