Erica is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and joined the VIDA team in 2018. Health and fitness have always been central to her life, and she is always looking for new and improved techniques to both challenge herself and incorporate with her clients. She grew up playing various sports and dancing, and over time learned a variety of different training styles and how to blend them to reach her own personal goals. She now uses this knowledge to help her clients achieve their own fitness goals, while always maintaining a focus on correct form and fundamentals.

She believes that fitness is a pillar of overall health and helps inspire healthier lifestyle choices. She has a specific focus in core stability and strength training, as well as muscle toning and lean muscle development.
