I am a functional strength trainer. I mainly focus sessions on posterior chain strength. There is no one standard way on how to do a movement. Our bodies will always find the path of least resistance. I’m here to help you figure out the best way your body moves. One of the best tools I teach is the mind-muscle connection.
I like to encourage movement. We are made to move! It should be something enjoyable. The more enjoyable it is the more likely you will be consistent.
