Chris has been a professional in the fitness industry since 2017 – beginning his career as a strength and conditioning coordinator at Towson University before moving into private personal training in late 2019. With a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Biology minor from Towson University, Chris is sure to find an intuitive, scientific, and personalized solution to any problems his clients may face. As a functional strength and mobility expert, Chris specializes in ensuring his clients reach their goals in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

A lifelong athlete and coach, Chris brings intensity and enthusiasm to each and every session! Chris has worked with a wide variety of people, ranging from children to collegiate athletes to retirees.
