Workout Of The Week: Bosu Ball Blast
It’s time for another workout of the week, courtesy of Phaon Derr and Catherine Doyle at Gallery Place!
Grab a Bosu Ball and give this routine a try! You’ll do 5 sets of each exercise for 20 seconds:
- Lateral Shuffle
- Jack Knife
- Squat to Overhead Press
To build up endurance, aim for 30-45 seconds of each exercise. Want to add a cardio blast? Throw in 20 jumping jacks in between each set!
