Join us for this special Yin Yoga class where we will focus on deeply stretching the connective tissue (fascia, tendons, and ligaments) of our body through longer-held seated postures and myofascial muscle release. Yin Yoga is a great complement to other fitness modalities, can increase mobility and flexibility, and is suitable for all levels and abilities!

This non-yoga flexibility class addresses typical tightness and muscle imbalance caused from repetitive everyday activities like sitting, typing, cardio exercise, and weight training. The class employs foam rollers, lacrosse balls, resistance bands, and breathing techniques to guide participants through release, stretch, and mobility activities.
