Cindy: Less than a month.
Caitlin: Since I joined, so three years.
Laure: About three years.
What is your favorite thing about taking VIDA RX?
Cindy: I’m really starting to see results. Since I’ve only been through one four to six week workout cycle, I can see how my strength and muscle definition has improved.
Caitlin: I like that you’re doing the same movements for each muscle group over 4 to 6 weeks until the workouts change and you can really measure your improvements over that time.
Laure: The results are great, but it’s great because it’s an easy way to weight train. You follow the pace of the class, pound it out for a song and then you move on to the next muscle group.
How does VIDA RX help you achieve your fitness goals?
Cindy: I mainly do Pilates and VIDA Barre, so VIDA RX has really helped me mix in that weight and heavier strength training element to my routine.
Caitlin: My main thing is running, so VIDA RX is a low impact way to get in a good workout on my off running days.
Laure: Before I got in to VIDA RX, I only did cardio and wasn’t really seeing results. Once I started RX I got the results I was look for and I think it helps build a strong foundation of fitness capacity for anything else you do in your routine.
What’s a fitness mantra you live by?
Cindy: I’m still new to the world of working out, so persistence is everything. Be persistent and keep pushing forward.
Caitlin: That I’ll never regret a workout.
Laure: To be consistent and not make working out a choice. I like to set a goal and hit my target each week, which won’t happen if I mentally make working out something that can be skipped.
What part of a VIDA RX class pumps you up the most?
Cindy: I love the tricep tracks! It’s just one of muscle groups I look forward to getting to over the progression of the class.
Caitlin: Anytime a Lady Gaga song comes on, let’s go!
Laure: Legs and back are my favorite; I always like the songs that go with those tracks and the movements.
