VIDA Instructor Spotlight: Cayley Byars
Cayley has Bachelorβs degrees in Psychology and Exercise & Sports Science from The University of Georgia and a Masters in Public Health specializing in Physical Activity from The George Washington University. Since 2009, she has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for a diverse group of clients and students. Always looking for new fitness challenges, Cayley plans on embarking on a yoga certification journey in the near future to further tie in the spiritual and mental aspect of physical movement into her fitness routines. Her approach to fitness is very functional and she incorporates a lot of stability and mobilization exercises, helping people improve their quality of life through enhancing their physical state. You can find her teaching Zumba, Cycle, TRX, Pilates Reformer, and other strength training classes on the group fitness schedule!
