VIDA HIIT/ Interval Training
Burn a ton of calories, increase your anaerobic threshold and improve your overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning in VIDA’s signature HIIT classes. You’ll alternate between powerful blasts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and strength training circuits to build muscle during active recovery. Our instructors offer plenty of modifications and we have a variety of weight options so you can make the workout specific to your fitness level and goals. Try a XTREME or HIIT class and don’t forget your heart rate monitor – your intervals will be gorgeous!
