Tell us a little bit about your background.
Prior to being a personal trainer, I held a marketing position in the private sector for several years. With this experience, I was able to appreciate how valuable a client’s time can be, and focus on creating high-intensity sessions, whether in group fitness settings or one-on-one.
What do you enjoy most about being a Group Fitness instructor at VIDA Fitness?
I enjoy being a Group Fitness instructor at VIDA Fitness mostly because of the dynamic of the group setting. Having a full slate of TRX classes, my clients range from novice to expert and I try to provide a consistent workout to each group regardless of skill level.
What do you like most about teaching VIDA Signature Classes
I enjoy teaching TRX the most because of the versatility. TRX is an ever-changing program so the constant variety makes for interesting classes week after week. TRX is a full body workout and my clients expect to hit each muscle group thoroughly within a short, targeted period of time.
What is your nutrition tip
Be sure to be aware of caloric components in food and liquid form. Most clients are successful because they learn what to eat, what NOT to eat, and most importantly what to drink and what NOT to drink.
Tell us about your success stories
My clients are successful in weight loss, lean muscle mass gain, endurance and overall strength. Increased range of motion for clients that are limited initially tends to be the most appreciated gain that is made by doing TRX programs.
