VIDA Fitness Weight Loss Challenge
Make your New Year’s Resolution come true this year with the VIDA Fitness Weight Loss Challenge.
This 6 week program meets 3 times each week for an hour at a time and includes a comprehensive nutritional component.
The Weight Loss Challenge is limited to the first 18 participants to enroll, so please email Alexx Zamudio at email@example.com sign-up. All are welcome and you do not need to be a current member to participate in this program. We have 3 sessions to choose from below, starting on Monday, January 13th.
Session 1: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00am, Saturdays at 9:30am
Session 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00am, Saturdays at 9:30am
Session 3: Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:00pm, Saturdays at 9:30am
