Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m from Pennsylvania and settled in DC after completing my undergraduate degree at The University of Maryland. I swam competitively throughout high school and college and love using the endless pools along with strength training regiment.
What made you become a Personal Trainer?
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for fitness with others to help them achieve their own individual goals
Favorite Exercise Tip?
If variety is the spice of life, apply that to the gym. Change your routine every couple of months to avoid plateaus.
Nutritional Tip- increase your energy by trying to eat natural foods rather than processed or synthetic.
Tell us about one of your success stories.
Training Molly to conquer the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. We kicked up the cardio by climbing stairs both indoors and outdoors and used hypoxic training in the pool to help build up red blood cells. That enabled Molly to prepare the best she could for an exhausting climb up the tallest mountain in Africa!
