Once again VIDA Fitness has been named the best gym in Washington, D.C.! In the Washington City Paper’s annual “Best of D.C.” poll, Washingtonians voted VIDA as the place to get your sweat on in the District. We’re proud to be selected as the best gym in DC for the second year in a row!

What exactly is a VIDAFit?
This unique consultation provides you with an opportunity to talk one-on-one with a VIDA personal trainer about your goals and objectives.
“VIDAFit is a 55-minute, one-on-one session with one of our qualified personal trainers,” said Lisa Ling, Personal Training Manager at VIDA Fitness Gallery Place. “It includes a conversation about fitness goals, previous experiences, injuries and limitations, as well as a full assessment and a short workout based on goals.”
VIDA is always focused on improving the lives of our members. The VIDAFit consultation is one way that we work to set our members up for success. Each VIDAFit consultation is tailored to each member’s needs, no matter their previous experience with and exposure to fitness.
“Although some other gyms offer their version of our VIDAFit, ours is customized to our members’ wants and needs and not a standard template,” Lisa says. “And we only hire qualified trainers who truly want to help make members’ lives better.”

VIDA partners with our neighbors on a wide variety of fundraisers, social events, street festivals, fun runs, and other philanthropic efforts. Our ALS event in the spring raises money for Augie’s Quest, during Pride Month you can help raise funds for Athlete Ally, and every November you can participate in our annual 5K run/walk that benefits a local charity.
