VIDA Boot Camp
VIDA boot camp is for those looking to drastically improve their fitness levels through fun, challenging exercises in a small group environment. Workouts include a wide variety of partner drills, plyometrics, relays and strength exercises – and from April through October we take our workouts outside! Locations vary based on VIDA location, but you can expect to use your surroundings as your fitness playground.
