Troy Eckles received his bachelor’s from Western Carolina University and master’s from George Washington University. He received his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Troy’s approach to fitness is to first make sure his clients are strong enough to handle everyday movements. His ultimate goal is to ensure each client can one day have the energy to run alongside their grandchildren. Secondary to basic movement, he looks to prescribe programs that will help them meet their strength, bodyweight, and physique goals; all while building their self-sufficiency in the gym. In addition to fitness, Troy works at the Latin American Youth Center!
