Samantha is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently working towards a BS in Kinesiology at George Mason University. Sam also holds several specialty certifications including USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, NASM neuromuscular stretching and positional isometrics, and is currently working on her NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. She hopes to eventually pursue a career in physical therapy. In her free time, Sam trains as a competitive Olympic weightlifter.
Sam has worked with clients of all ability levels, from high school athletes to senior citizens. She uses her knowledge of functional exercise and strength training to help her clients reach their fitness goals.
