Sam Perrie

The Yards

Sam is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer as well as an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Fitness Instructor. At VIDA Fitness, Sam has been teaching Total Knock Out, TRX Factor, Barbell Blast, HIIT, and more and is excited for the one-on-one coaching opportunities that Personal Training offers. Sam loves designing workouts that challenge clients, whether they have just started their fitness journey or they are a seasoned vet. She wants all of her clients to finish their workout feeling empowered and ready to take that strength with them into the outside world. When not at the gym, you can find Sam playing softball or watching old episodes of Schitts Creek.
