Sam is a National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) certified personal trainer. Technique and finesse are Sam’s backbone, as someone who comes from an intense sports background. He was a Division I swimmer at American University and has a dance and gymnastics background as well. He seeks to train others who want to learn how to swim, find a new cardio exercise, or train for an Iron Man triathlon. However, he does not limit himself as a swim coach- he takes what he’s learned in the pool and applies it to strength, mobility, and resistance training on dry land.
