With a background in combat sports and Olympic weightlifting, he is a firm believer in ensuring clients get results through an easy-to-understand process. Nick believes that individual progress is the key to fitness, encouraging clients to make small improvements every day. Nick specializes is training for sports, resistance & metabolic conditioning, and developing all three aspects of strength: physical, mental, and emotional. No matter what your goal Nick emphasizes two things: effort and execution.
Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, has a BS in Kinesiology from UMD, and is an official USA Powerlifting Club Coach.
