She developed her passion for health and wellness at a young age. She started weightlifting in high school which grew her confidence tenfold. Whether your goal is building muscle mass, losing unwanted body fat, or building confidence in the gym, her approach is science-based and focused on you and your goals. Through her rehabilitation experiences, a priority for her will always be reinforcing healthy movement patterns as well as addressing poor posture and muscular imbalances. She helps people get past feeling “stuck” and back on a path of sustainable progress, resulting in small improvements that will turn into large outcomes over time. There’s no one-size fits all approach and her goal is to educate, empower, and support you throughout the process.
