Michael has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and is a Certified Personal Trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine. He enjoys training clients of all ages and fitness levels. He understands that every client is different and prides himself on adapting workouts to each of their fitness levels. It is Michael’s approach to gradually take his clients outside of their comfort zone producing the results his clients are striving to reach. He makes sure that you connect with the purpose of exercises too. If you are tired of the same day-to-day workouts he can create fun and enjoyable sessions utilizing a variety of tools including weight machines, stability balls, medicine balls, kettlebells dumbbells, resistance bands, as well as your own bodyweight to achieve your desired level of fitness. He inspires his clients to find enjoyment in exercise and to make it a part of their lifestyle.
