Mia Harris is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal trainer with a degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. Since 1999, she has worked as a TV and radio sportscaster.
Though she has taught yoga and cycling, Mia discovered her true passion for strength training in her 40s and hasn’t looked back. As a proud Gen X-er her weekly routine always includes pull-ups, handstands, and deadlifts.
Mia is dedicated to helping her clients build muscle and confidence to future-proof their lives. Her guiding motto is: “Get comfortable being uncomfortable.”
Her expertise spans strength training, bodybuilding, body recomposition, maintaining muscle as you age, and fostering behavior change.
