Max Nieman strives to help all clients efficiently and safely meet their fitness goals, while also raising awareness of the many benefits of fitness. Every session is motivating, educational, and effective. No matter the client, Max ensures they feel heard, accommodated, and comfortable. He’s not afraid to push anyone to their limits in order to help them achieve their goals. Whether it’s body recomposition, strength and conditioning, or mobility, Max will always find a way to get you closer to your ideal self.

Max is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and is currently studying for his B.S. in Exercise Science. From completing half marathons and sprint triathlons to powerlifting in the 1,000-lb club, Max lives and breathes fitness. Biking and hiking along Rock Creek Park are two of his favorite things to do when he’s not training.
