Mark is a National Council on Strength and Fitness certified personal trainer. Growing up local in Alexandria, he spent his time playing lacrosse and golf.
Mark brings a high level of energy to the gym and is able to connect with anyone. He helps clients achieve their goals by helping them raise their gym IQ and their levels of self efficacy.
He helps his clients articulate their inner motivators and use them to push them to initiate change, expend their energy in a healthy environment, and to sustain the changes they make to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
