Jennifer Van Orden is a highly experienced personal trainer and certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been training since 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. She holds a Kinesiology Degree and a minor in sports coaching from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Jennifer’s training approach revolves around functional training, which emphasizes improving movements and strength that are relevant to everyday activities. Additionally, she places significant focus on flexibility and mobility. Her objective is to enhance joint flexibility, increase range of motion, and improve overall mobility.
