Jenna is west coast transplant, where she grew up playing competitive indoor and beach volleyball. Now a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, Jenna likes to incorporate HIIT and circuit-based work to her lifting routines in order to maximize effectiveness without spending hours in the gym. With a 9-to-5 desk job, Jenna understands how hard it can be to maintain an active lifestyle. She enjoys helping clients find sustainable fitness routines that are time efficient, challenging, and fun. Jenna previously worked as a Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer at the University of Southern California and as an F45 group fitness instructor, meaning she also enjoys working with (former) competitive and recreational athletes to improve game-specific performance as well as general strength and endurance.
