James Glockenmeier is a highly experienced endurance athlete and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). He comes from a family made up entirely of endurance athletes including a mother who was a professional marathoner. He graduated from George Washington University a student athlete with a B.S. in Finance and Business.
James’ training style focuses on building high endurance muscular strength as well as increasing cardiovascular efficiency. He also places an importance on functional strength to strengthen the bodies full range of motion. His goal is to create an efficient muscular system that maximizes the power output of activity while being able to endure a long training session.
James is a very competitive and goal-oriented trainer who strives to bring lots of energy to each session to encourage you to be competitive with yourself and reach your goals. He believes the most important aspect of working with clients is to create the desire to improve within them and give them the necessary training to help them achieve their goals.
