Gigi is a personal trainer with a background as a mental health professional. As someone who has always had a passion for fitness, from playing tennis and dancing as a child to weightlifting currently, she has been able to tune in to not only the physical benefits of an active lifestyle, but also the mental gains. Her background allows her to emphasize individuality and holism when it comes to her personal training clients. She creates plans that are unique for each client depending on their diverse goals and lifestyles. Gigi incorporates a combination of strength training and HIIT into each session to enhance her client’s fitness level from all angles while helping them reach their goals. Gigi believes in working with the client to create lifelong healthy habits and increased confidence. She loves to make each session fun and empowering! In her free time, Gigi loves socializing and being out with her friends, visiting new restaurants, cooking, and fashion!
