Dillon Smith

The Yards

Dillon is getting his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University. He is passionate about creating a safe space for clients to learn, challenge themselves and develop a healthy relationship with fitness. By helping clients develop functional strength and address muscle imbalances with corrective exercises, Dillon progresses clients through phases of structured programming to achieve their fitness goals. By emphasizing mobility, stability, and powerlifting clients will see the difference between “working out” and training for body composition transformation.
