Ben is a certified personal trainer through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been training since 2013. Starting at Boston University as a personal trainer while in college as an economics major, he found his lifelong passion in fitness. Today he uses his FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification to help a variety of clients ranging from Division 1 Athletes, to rehabbing clients after knee or hip surgery, and everything in between. He believes that everyone is unique and should not only exercise with what is best for their body and their goals, but also what they enjoy the most so fitness can be an enjoyable lifelong pursuit. If he is not in the gym, you can most likely see him out on the golf course, walking his 2 dogs, or trying to break records solving escape rooms.
