Donice is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer and values all aspects of the gym, from mental to physical and emotional. She wants you to feel comfortable and confident when you step into the gym and help you in any way she can. Whether your goal is to prepare for that marathon, get stronger, or lean out, she will help you with every step along the way. As a mother of 2 young children, she knows how hard it can be to find time for fitness and strives to make the most of your time to create an effective workout program personalized for you!
