Alie is a certified personal trainer with NASM and has a passion for the transformative power of fitness. While she has her degree in International Studies from Dickinson College, she has been learning about and spreading the joy of exercise to those around her for years. Her interest began when she decided to sign up for the Tough Mudder. She soon got into powerlifting and HIIT-style workouts. Throughout college, she encouraged her friends to step outside of their comfort zone and showed them the ropes in the weight room. Their results – both mentally and physically – inspired her. She is a huge proponent of the holistic effects of exercise and believes that working out strengthens not just the body, but also the mind. She approaches training with intention, truly listening and helping each individual reach his or her goals.
