Eloise was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY and received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont. She completed her RD internship through the Sage Colleges with a focus in health coaching, mental health, and content creation. With her Food-As-Medicine approach paired with a background in psychology, Eloise loves helping clients understand and harness the power of the diet to optimize not only their fitness but also their energy levels, mood and cognition, and sleep quality. In her spare time Eloise enjoys cooking and creating new recipes, seeking adventure with her beloved German shepherd, and practicing yoga.
