VIDA Master Trainer Jesse Johnson has designed a dynamic, hot new routine that will work every muscle in your body and have your lungs gasping for air! Jump into a new workout intensity as you learn to slam, toss, swing, twist and slide your way to a lean, fitter you. An assortment of SandBells is all that is needed to experience a never before seen circuit of variations in this top-notch cardio strength workout.
“I prefer training with SandBells because of their versatility. This is a different approach to cardio and interval training. We are working with a weight that is constantly changing and so the body burns a significant number of calories. In the intro classes, members have been dripping wet in sweat from using this modality,” says Jesse.

“The SandBells range from 6-20 lbs and working with them for an hour is a great way to wake the body up, re-invigorate a workout program and start to see results!” says Jesse.
The new SandBells program begins Saturday, September 12th at 10:00 and 11:00 AM.
Classes are limited to 6 people max. All SandBell classes are held in the 4th floor Gravity studio at VIDA U Street.
