You can cancel, freeze, or ask questions about your membership here. Your MYiClub account offers answers to questions regarding your contract, billing info, payments, check-in history, and more.
We have made the cancellation process easier! If you are an annual member and it has been over one year or if you’re in a month to month membership- you can now cancel on MYiClub.
- Go to the Agreement Info page on MYiClub and sign in using your account agreement number.
- Click Request Cancel in the middle of the page.
- Fill out the form, pay any of your remaining invoices and submit your cancellation request.
- Note that canceling your VIDA Fitness gym membership does not cancel your personal training, small group training, Pilates, Aura spa, Nutrition services, SweatBox, and other contracts. Each additional contract needs to be handled through the department managers.
If you are on an annual contract and still within the year-long agreement – you will need to submit the Membership Cancellation Form.
We allow members to cancel before their initial obligation period if they move or are physically unable to work out due to a medical injury. In order to process your cancellation, we will need you to provide proof of relocation or proof of your medical injury.
We accept the following as proof of relocation: a new lease, deed, utility bill or employment relocation paperwork. We do not accept Drivers License, cell phone bills or forwarding notices from the USPS as proof of relocation.
A note from your doctor on their official stationary stating you are physically unable to use the club.
Membership Freeze Request
You may freeze your membership for one or two months per calendar year. You will be billed $25 per month in lieu of your normal recurring membership dues. Submit the Membership Freeze Request Form. Freeze is only applicable to membership dues. Pool, locker & other service agreements not applicable. Members may not use a membership freeze for the final billing period of their membership.
