High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Named this year’s “most popular trend in fitness,” HIIT training is comprised of bursts of all-out exercise followed by short periods of rest for recovery. In VIDA’s signature HIIT and Xtreme classes, you’ll burn tons of calories, increase your anaerobic threshold, and improve your overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning. You’ll alternate between powerful blasts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and strength training circuits to build muscle during active recovery. Instructors offer plenty of modifications, and with a variety of weight options to choose from, you can tailor the workout to your fitness level and goals.
