Practice an elegant, but challenging full-body series of ballet, yoga, and Pilates-inspired exercises designed to sculpt & tone. Using the ballet barre, light weights, a small ball, bands, and gliding discs, you will focus on the essentials: alignment, form, and safety, with limited cardio set to the beat of popular music.

Tori brings a burst of high energy and enthusiasm to each class, and wants every client to push themselves and leave feeling proud. (Fitness is for Every. Body!) Tori’s passion for fitness began with extensive dance training as a child and grew as a D1 athlete on a nationally ranked college dance team. Her teaching specialties include Barre, Circuit X, Barbell, HIIT, and various bootcamp/Circuit classes.
