“We spend time learning about our members medical conditions, exercise background, fitness goals and diet, and then take them through a physical assessment to see how their body moves and how their cardiovascular system reacts under stress. All of these factors play a large role in a person’s physical make-up and having this knowledge ensures that they will be performing exercises safely,” says Munoz.
