Nancy is an athlete at heart and a coach by trade. She has always been a multi-sport athlete and encourages her clients to participate in many activities. Nancy does not limit herself to any one style of training, but instead focuses her foundation in practicing overall wellness. Bradley is a certified personal trainer and pre-natal trainer with NASM. In addition to 7 years of fitness training, he earned his BFA in Theatre and Dance from East Carolina University. His passion for health, fitness and movement stemmed from his performance experience while realizing the true potential of the human mind and body. These personal experiences have been passed along to his clients as he helps each individual meet and exceed their goals while helping them realize their true potential and pushing new limits. Each educational session incorporates a well-rounded approach in order to focus on the current goals of each individual client. “When in doubt, perform more burpees!”
Growing up, Colleen played competitive sports and enjoyed the challenge of athletic workouts, which caused her to gravitate toward group fitness and personal training. She liked the similar challenge of group classes as well as their motivating and team-like atmosphere. While she started out as a cardio junkie, Colleen quickly recognized the benefits of strength and flexibility training, and she strives to help her clients find a fulfilling balance in their own fitness routines. She enjoys teaching yoga, cycling, kickboxing, Zumba, and strength conditioning classes. More than that, though, Colleen values input from members and uses it to develop a well-rounded class schedule and program offerings for VIDA Metropole.
