Kobie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration with a degree in Finance. He trained and competed in Track & Field throughout his high school and collegiate career, where his passion for Health & Wellness was born. Kobie spent many years in Property Management, overseeing a variety of portfolios consisting of commercial office and retail assets in the DC Metropolitan area before coming to VIDA Fitness in 2013. He has held both the Front Desk and Membership Consultant positions before his promotion to Assistant General Manager. Kobie believes in leveraging his various life experiences to further develop his team and provide exceptional customer service to our members as they navigate their own paths to wellness.
Personal Training Manager
Catherine joined the VIDA team in 2013. After three years of training at VIDA Verizon, she recently took on the role of Personal Training Manager at VIDA Metropole. Catherine holds a bachelors degree in Health Science from Boston University. During her time at BU, she spent two years as an athletic training student, working with various athletic teams at BU and MIT. Following graduation, she worked for a non-profit in DC dealing with issues related to health policy and then for a science and technology communications firm in Rockville. Catherine holds a certification from the American Council on Exercise. An avid golfer, she is a Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Professional and is currently working with several clients to improve their golf swing. Catherine has competed in several local weightlifting competitions, and is a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. She teaches TRX, VIDA Barre, and plans to begin teaching pilates reformer in 2017.
Group Program Manager
Kyle graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in International Relations, where he was a collegiate rower. While cardiovascular endurance training is his passion, he also emphasizes strength and power with his personal training clients to obtain the best possible results. Kyle also teaches Cycle and HIIT, where you can experience his outgoing and charismatic energy in a motivating group atmosphere.
